Before you sign up to the Starter Pack please read the following...

  • What if I haven't time to watch the Masterclasses?
    The Starter Pack is designed to allow you to access the Masterclasses at any point. You have your own Masterclass classroom with transcripts and time stamp for ease of consumption. If you find are not using The Starter Pack then please cancel your monthly subscription. No questions asked.
  • What if I want to access the live trainings and Q&A sessions inside The Factory?
    If after some time you realise you want to immerse yourself into The Factory full experience to really improve productivity and business growth, then email marina@biscuit.ie our community manager. She will help you navigate our next step.
  • I joined for one month but didn't watch anything can I get a refund?
    Unfortunately we cannot refund our monthly memberships due to the digital nature of our products. This is to protect our business and the amount of time and energy that went into the creation of the products. You can easily cancel and come back in at a later stage.
  • Can I cancel and come back in?
    Sure! The Starter Pack is always available. Just be warned that the Starter Pack is a new offering so as the library of workshops increase so does the price point. To note: the sub you pay on entry never changes but if you leave and want to re-enter you pay sub price on our sales page, not your original.
  • The offline meet ups - when and where?
    We run meet ups in Cork & Dublin every quarter. We also have random community coffees and pints that members organise locally. You get notified of whats happening in your student dashboard.
  • Do I get any support from Tara?
    Whilst The Biscuit Factory full membership plan includes 2 weekly calls with Tara plus live workshops every month, The Starter Pack offers 1 quarterly call with Tara to ensure ye guys are doing ok and to connect. If you crave 1:1 mentoring and peer support The Biscuit Factory is for you! To note: if you are already in The Starter Pack you are allowed to upgrade to The Biscuit Factory anytime. Just reach out to marina@biscuit.ie
