What if I havn't time to watch the Masterclasses
The Starter Pack is designed to allow you to access the Masterclasses at any point. You have your own Masterclass classroom with transcripts and time stamp for ease of consumption. If you find are not using The Starter Pack then please cancel your monthly subscription. No questions asked.
What if I want to access the live trainings and Q&A sessions inside The Factory?
If after some time you realise you want to immerse yourself into The Factory full experience then just email marina our community manager and she will help you navigate our next step.
I joined for one month but didn't watch anything can I get a refund?
Unfortunately we cannot refund our monthly memberships due to the digital nature of our products. This is to protect our business and the amount of time and energy that went into the creation of the products.
Can I cancel and come back in?
Sure! The Starter Pack is always available. Just be warned that as the Starter Pack is developed the price point will increase. This is the launch price which will never change once you are a member.
